"Cozy and chill place to hang out, good for bigger groups since the dining area is pretty big. There is a good variety of desserts which are affordable enough and tastes delicious. The drinks are good and unique as well. My favourite so far is the Orange olive oil cake. Not too fond of the mochi since the name is a bit misleading, it’s more of a stiff tikoy. I haven’t tried any of the mains but it’s a little pricey."

"This was a side trip for an official business in San Pablo. Found them on Tiktok and I definitely looked forward for the vibes. Location is great, it’s in front of Sampaloc lake. They have many parking spaces and very spacious dining area. We dined at lunch time so it was a bit hot even with the AC since our table was near the window (love the lighting tho) Ordered the Lasagne since it was a best seller (DID NOT DISAPPOINT!). It was my first time trying this kind of Lasagna and I loveeeeed it. Ordered the nuggets and fries kids meal since we have a small appetite lang hehe. Ordered the honey calamansi and pandan drinks love love love it, best pairing with the hot atmosphere. Food is on the pricey side but you won’t be disappointed. They have wifi but no sockets inside. Nice for a quick work. Overall a great experience. Will definitely comeback."

The lemon chicken was perfectly seasoned—not too salty—with meat that was incredibly tender. Each cake and cookie was baked to perfection, soft and easy on the gums, with the white macadamia cookie and walnut bar standing out for their balanced sweetness and rich flavors. The ambiance exuded sophistication and comfort—temperature was just right, lighting enhanced the fine dining feel, and every detail added to a truly welcoming atmosphere that sets this place apart from any other in San Pablo City. The staff were impressively accommodating and friendly, making us feel valued from start to finish. The waiting time was well-managed, and as they say—greatness takes time—and it was absolutely worth the wait. On top of that, the wide range of payment options added great convenience to the experience. Without a doubt, we will always mark this establishment as our top choice whenever we dine out. "Coffee tastes great! They mentioned it’s an Arabica–Robusta blend. The Pandan Iced Tea is super refreshing, and I loved the Marble Olive Oil Banana Muffin. Plus points for having parking! Will definitely try the Sorella Latte and Carrot Cake next time!"

"We were a group of six and decided to eat family style, so we ordered quite a bit of the menu. The lasagna Verde, bucatini, and mortadella painin were some of our favorites. The short rib and meatballs were fantastic as well. The set-up of the cafe is great. Coffee and desserts in the smaller area and then a few steps up there is a spacious and inviting restaurant with a great atmosphere. Friendly and attentive staff made the experience amazing. Sorella Cafe is well worth a visit to experience and enjoy food. Don't forget to try the carrot cake and specialized cookies!"

"I had the most wonderful birthday celebration at Sorella! From start to finish, everything was perfect. We absolutely loved the food. Their Lasagna Verde is a straight-up 11/10, and the Roasted Short Ribs? A solid 10/10! The Pandan Iced Tea was refreshing, and the Chocolate Cake made the celebration even sweeter. Honestly, every bite was a delight. The staff made the day extra special, they even sang me a birthday song, and happily adjusted the aircon when we joked we were too cold (though I have to admit, their aircon is really good!). They also have a gorgeous al fresco area if you feel like dining closer to nature. We loved the cozy ambiance, the attentive service, and the view from the clear windows overlooking trees and greenery—it all made our simple birthday feel so memorable.
